烟台图书馆

特点：近现代，烟台传统筵席形式隆重、气氛庄重、席位固定、礼节讲究。多为民间喜庆、嫁娶、祝寿、节日欢庆、聚亲会友等场合，整个宴会充满友谊和欢乐。
  筵席格式：烟台传统筵席格式甚多，各具千秋，颇有情趣，如燕菜席，燕翅席，全鱼席、海鲜席、鱼翅席、鸡鸭席等，还有以菜肴的件数命名的：十大碗席、四一六席、四二八席、十全十美席、四平八稳席、步步登高席、五禄奉寿席、伴卓越头席等。
  气氛设置：一般餐厅内挂红、挂喜、挂寿等，亦根据不同情况在厅内设置松、竹、梅、兰等高雅植物或陈列字画等艺术品。
  席位安排：席位安排是宴会的主要礼节之一般用“八仙桌”或圆桌，主宾位在上首，充分体现了对客人的尊重。
