主题：松鹤延年创意：中式传统宴会，主要表现烟台人对长者的敬重和对生命自身寿数延绵的热望。
  设计手法：以塑造热烈、喜庆、祥和为主题，整个环境以红、黄为主色调，服务人员着中式、绸缎面料的服装，显示出热情、喜悦。厅壁悬挂繁体“寿”字和“福如东海大，寿比南山高”的祝福对联；红色的动感台裙，色彩古朴典雅，造型新颖别致；黄绸转盘衬底，浅杏色餐巾，红的热烈，黄的富贵，淡的和谐；中间散花坐落于转盘之上；转盘上鲜花中心的咧嘴寿桃是宴会设计的神来之笔，同散开的祝寿鲜花遥相呼应。餐具选用黄色“吉祥如意”瓷质餐具，餐椅古朴典雅；折成不同形状的鸟类和花类形成祝贺的意境，更烘托了寿宴的气氛；播放《生日快乐》，既感情深意浓，又突出了其艺术创意。在菜肴选用上突出祝寿之意，忌“瓜”、“清蒸豆腐”等，让主人及前来参加宴会的人们满意。
